Gabrielė, Gabrielė, Regimantas

• names: Gabrielė, Gabrielė and Regimantas;
• One of them is caught for the 3rd time
  (and every time her hair is of different colour!);

• Gabrielės have been going to the same kindergarten,
  now both are fond of making DIY things. The recent
  idea of one of them is to sew a corset, and her boyfriend
  Regimantas doesn’t mind (and even enjoys the idea:).

• Regimantas creates: metal chain-rings & a locket with runes;
  He got his dreads spontaneously, as one of his
  accidental guests appeared to be a hair-stylist;

periodically, you even know them by sight, so
why not introduce them? our three heroes are:

Žanas, a street seller; he has been
selling candy floss for about 11 years;

Igor, a newsvendor at “Skalvijos” cinema; he has been
selling journals and newspapers about 13 years;

Jadvyga, a cashier at “Skalvijos” cinema; she has been
working at cinemas all life long, as she is in love with cinematography;

Kiekviename mieste yra žmonių, kuriuos sutinkame periodiškai,
atpažįstame juos, tačiau nieko apie juos nežinome, tad nusprendėme
pristatyti žmones, kuriuos taip dažnai matome:

Žaną (cukraus vatos pardavėją),

Here comes another story on travelling things;
There was another gift Rūta passed to passers-by: kiwi ear-rings.
The person, who got one of them is Paula from Utrecht

Taigi, antroji daikčiukų istorija - apie auskarus-kivainius,
kuriuos Rūta sukūrė, kartą pamačius paveiksliuką mobiliajam telefone;
kokiam nors praeiviui skirtą lauktuvę ji perdavė mums kartu su meškiuku.
Vieną iš auskarų gavo Paula iš Utrechto:

 

Daikčiukai o1: Šarūnui nuo Rūtos

With a help of DIY creators,
we’ve started a “Linking thing” sub-project,
inviting creators to pass some crafts from their collections
to passers-by we photo on the streets. Those things
get their small (hi)stories and link strangers

So, meet Rūta from Kaunas, a creator of the toy zoo
and Šarūras from Vilnius, who has got Rūta’s DIY bear
(there are more shots inside).

Jau metus fotografuodami žmones gatvėse,
pradėjome vystyti “keliaujančių daikčiukų” idėją:
pristatydami įdomių daikčiukų kūrėjus, prigriebiame
porą smagių lauktuvių laimikiams iš gatvių. Keliaujantys
daiktai įtraukia į bendrą istoriją nepažįstamus žmones.
Daiktas yra “linkas” tarp žmonių.

Pristatome pirmuosius šio scenarijaus herojus:
Rūtą (velto zoologijos sodo ir linksmų papuošalų kūrėją) iš Kauno
ir Šarūną (kuris gavo Rūtos sukurtą meškiuką) iš Vilniaus.
