• name: Nikodemas;
• place we met: Cathedral sq.;
• he is: a sounding spirit of the city;
• he listens to: spanish music and reggae;
• we have been dreaming to photograph him for a long time,
  but he was riding his bicycle every time we seen him or
  perfomed something, surrounded by krishna-people
• he: recommended us to go to a bohemian place “Suokalbis”
  to take a photo of his friend the Grand Duke of Lithuania,
  but we already have caught him.

a photo for Rožė (o3)

what we need in street photography badly is a feedback;
some of our “lucky catches” do not use inet, but they are
still curious of results - so we’ve just found Rožė on the
streets to present her shots we’ve done before:

“ah, i’m beautiful!” - she said proudly with a touch of surprise
(as if she wasn’t aware of it). and you know what - Rožė loved most
the photo our readers have chosen (that, with expression)!

the Grand Duke

• name: The Grand Duke Gediminas Vildaugas
• he is: a spirit of Vilnius, you can meet on Pilies str.,
  a poetic improvisator, from time to time showting political slogans;
• also he: edits books in lithuanian with his wife; that day he got
  a write-book of his daughter (as he noticed there is a siluet of
  naked woman on a cover) and gifted his sonets to passers-by.
• place we met: between Barbacan & Užupis, near some
  “house of Heific”, as the Duke and his friend-the chemist told us;

As it was promised, we continue the exposition of Rose’s (Rožytė’s) attires.
Place we met: Rūdninkų str (railway and bus stations’ direction);

urban spirit: Rožė

Every city has it’s own spirit.
One of Vilnius’ spirits is a colourful woman
known as Rožė (Rose), though her real name is Vida.

• Day by day she walks about Didžioji, Pilies str and Gediminas ave -
  asking for money in her own a bit flirtatious manner,
  and every time in a new dress.
• She prefers sparks and vividness (especially lilac);
• She enjoyes being photographed -
  every time asking for 5 or 10 lt for a session; and
  after each session she is naturally curious about the results.
• At the same time it turned to be quite difficult to interview Rose -
  her answers are somehow evasive.

So, we decided to create a gallery of her attires, filling it up from time to time.
