Lviv: Dasha

Here comes a small report from Lviv (Ukraine):

• name: Dasha
• city we met: Lviv, though she is from Kherson (Ukraine);
• she plays the flute and listens to classical music and rock;
• favourite site: youtube.com, of course;

Lviv is a city of sexy red boots
and beautiful examples of jugend style architecture -
in that contest Dasha looked like alternative person.
The originality of local creators & designers is evident,
visiting coffes and public spaces and noticing all those
lovely details that create the mood.
we would recommend:

- don’t miss an unique armenian cathedral (14 cen);
- cultural centre, gallery & cafe “Dzyga” (Virmenska vul. 35)
- a local craft-market in the heart of the old-town: every seller tells long stories on every thing he sells and usually provides a rich historical background on ornaments, signs, materials, rituals and meanings, connected with the artefacts on his tray.
- “a democratic restaurant of Japanese kitchen Япi”
