writes her PhD on chinese art and philosophy & learns Chinese;
She has just returned: from China, where she had spent 7 month;
the dress she wears was sewed in China for her (according to her,
it appeared to be inexpensive to order individual clothers there);
Chinese beer? Very good. She would recommend “Tsingtao”;
Places to visit in Vilnius: Pilies menė (bar), ŠMC and
Vilnius horse riding centre;

Two weeks before we met in “french-park”
(a park near Ambassade de France in Vilnius):

Iš pradžių sutikta prancūzparky, vėliau – Literatūros ir tautosakos institute;
Mokasi kinų kalbos, rašo disertaciją apie kinų filosofiją ir meną;
Neseniai grįžo iš Kinijos, kur praleido 7 mėnesius;
Įsiminitiniausia Kinijos vieta: Geltonieji kalnai;
Kinų alus: geras, rekomenduoja “Tsingtao”;
Vilniuje lankosi: Pilies menėje, ŠMC, Vilniaus žirgyne;

Ah ah nice&funny look !
But the beer Tsingtao is to sweet. I prefer Shinga beer from Thaïland or Lao beer from Laos or even Saporo from Japan …

Have you tasted these sorts of beers during your travellings, or are they exported to France?:) Lithuanians are tradicionally proud of this product – like Frenches are proud of wine %)

I have both tasted these in France (you can find all these beers in Chinese super-market in Paris) and in all these countries.
In my point of view, it’s better to taste in production country.
But as you said France is one of the place for Wine.
I like traditionnal food and beverage in all places. Every time you can, you have to taste ! Next experience cooked insects in Bangkok ! Yeaaahhhh !!!!

it would be great to do a lil series
with street people, asking them about
their favourite food – it would be interesting
to compare then their tastescapes.

Seems, among street stalkers only Fil from Kiev
is interested in “tastescapes” of stylish people
[he puts the information in russian mostly]
